Start to finish of the installation of 2 jibs I got from a Cooper Tools Plant auction.
They were too tall for my shop so rather than modify the cranes I sunk them in the floor. They are sitting on 2 ft of rebar reinforced 4500 psi concrete then incased in 13 inches of rebar reinforced concrete. They are epoxy bolted in.
We stood up the cranes with the skid steer forks and a strap.
Installed the beam with the man lift, and installed the Coffing hoists with the man lift. They are hard wired 480 volts.
They work great but one is continuing to lower when the button is released, something must be sticking.
